22. This Regulation applies, with the necessary modifications and subject to the provisions of this Division, for the purpose of the partition and assignment of benefits accrued under the system of retirement pensions for the Members of the National Assembly established under the Legislature Act (chapter L-1), as it read before 1 January 1992.
